Happy with the truck, but not so much on the support after the sale. Before I left the lot with my truck, I pointed out to the sales person Jonathan that there were some paint imperfections on the hood that need to be taken care of. I've called and texted both Jonathan and Brian, the other sales rep involved in this sale to discuss bringing it in. I have not received a call back from either of them. Additionally, I wanted some info. about using rewards points in the Chevy App to help with the purchase of some fender moldings. They told me the points should show up in the App withing 3-4 days. They haven't. I know they don't control that issue, but a little communication on these things would be nice....

So far i received great service from German. I still have my car at the shop waiting to be look at but checking in was great and easily.

Erika and Ric are the best … I always feel very comfortable and well taken care of when I bring my truck in for service knowing there going to take care of everything
