    Pulled right in and saw James in service right away to get my Traverse first oil change. Got a call an hour later to tell me the car was ready for pickup, I figured it would be the next day since I dropped it off at 2:30, what a surprise. The guys & gal in service are so friendly and get things done. Have been a customer at Guaranty for well over 20 years and keep coming back because they have great customer service.

    Service rep, Ricardo was very professional and courteous. Technician was able to repair tailgate in the given time due parts in stock. I would like to see at least a 10% or more for repairs to military veterans and senior citizens.
