My recent service experience at Guaranty Chevrolet was extremely disappointing. I paid $285 for a transmission diagnostic, yet the evaluation was incomplete and inaccurate. My vehicle was kept for almost two weeks with almost no communication unless I called first. The promised ride‑along never happened, and the stored transmission code (P2723) was ignored.
I was told “no issues found,” but shortly after picking up my vehicle, the problem became significantly worse. When I shift into Reverse, the vehicle now moves forward instead. This is a major safety issue and something a proper diagnostic should have identified.
The lack of communication, the incomplete diagnostic, and the refusal to acknowledge the seriousness of the issue have left me with no confidence in your service department. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in both diagnostic accuracy and customer communication.

James Vega is very knowledgeable and his customer service great. The visit did take longer than anticipated. The technician working on my vehicle took way too long just for an oil change and tire rotation. I initially dropped off my truck at 9am and returned to pick it at 11am. When I arrived James checked status and the tech told James that he was finishing up and would be ready in 25 min. It ended up being ready 2.5 hours later. Other that the duration, everything else was good

Antonio Vega fantastic help in making sure the exact vehicle we wanted was available. He took his time, no pressure on sales, very knowledgeable. We drove 45 miles to the dealership because on their website they showed the exact vehicle model, make, trim level and color that we wanted and we could not find it anywhere else within a reasonable driving range. Pricing was agreed upon ahead of time, the car was ready when we arrived. one final test drive, and the deal was closed. thanks to the team at Guaranty Chevrolet. FYI, we ended up purchasing two vehicles from Guaranty within 2 days.

I was helped out with my problem. The service writer was very helpful with my issue. I would have liked to give an excellent rating but he failed to call me back when he said he would, and until I called, is when I found out that my vehicle was ready.

We had little to no communication we had no clue if we were getting the car back the same day or not. When we showed them the oils that was under the truck they took it to the back to clean it yet when we got home it was never cleaned and we had to clean it at home.

The dealership advertised the car for one amount, and during the F&I process, the dealership indicated that there would be an additional $2000 charge for paint and fabric protectants. without the paint and fabricate products, the monthly price would have been about $520. with the F&I product, the monthly price was approximately $550. When i raised the issue with the F&I person, he showed me on the website that it indicated that Ally products were equipped on the vehcile, but no additional price was stated, so it appeared that the Ally products price was included in the advertised prices. no consumer would believe the Ally products would be in addition to the advertised price. this appeared to be a clear instance of payment packing.
