    I took my car in for a clicking sound and tire rotation. They had my car for 3 full days and nothing was resolved aside from the tire rotation. There was no call from the dealer to advise on status nor was I informed there was a diagnostic fee involved until day 3. Manager Rick was passive aggressive in how he handled the situation and didnt understand why I was upset with the whole situation and his employee. I didnt have transportation for 3 days and was unaware of the diagnostic fee, even though my car has bumper to bumper and extended warranty and he still was inconsiderate. We are taking our business to a different dealer, and we are taking all of our family’s chevys too. Three of our vehicles were bought here, so its unfortunate as this could have been prevented.
